When a enduser requests to port out a number, bandwidth will call this to validate the port request.

Description

User looking to port out their number/s from Vumber will provide information to their new service provider.

This must be a minimum of their Vumber account number. And a PIN number if set on their account (it is at account, not number level)

There new service provider will call a Bandwidth service, which will call this webservice.

Based on the number, account number, PIN, and account & number status, the port will be approved or not.
