A port out request can not be easily cancelled.

Before we start a port request, we will need explicit permission, in the form of a signed LOA, from the Customer. Ports that are approved and scheduled can not be cancelled without paying fee of > $450 per number.

  1. Once the customer has returned the LOA we can go ahead and process the port.
