Revenue By State

• Copy previous years spreadsheet to a new one for this year
  G:\\MyDrive\\CompanyDocumentation\\Reports\\EndOfYear\\RevenueByState\\

• On spreadsheet - select 'data' tab, 'subtotal' and 'clear all'

• Remove all data

• Using CDXZipStream, and assuming ZIP is D column, use this formula in the state column

  =@CDXZipCode(D7,"State")

• Copy the formula down:

  • Select the column
  • Select the 'home' tab
  • Select 'Fill' and the 'down'

• Select 'data' tab' and 'Sort' by state

• Select 'subtotal' and:
